Parents’ Hotline

New! Personalized Assistance for Families of Children with Disabilities

Parents of children with disabilities face many challenges. Whether it’s a complicated day-to-day
situation that suddenly arose, a bureaucratic hurdle, or a special circumstance such as a family
celebration, birth or illness, there are many times that parents find themselves in need of extra support.
Our hotline offers a reliable place where families can turn to receive personalized assistance.
We coordinate volunteers to care for children during hours when no organized framework is available,
as well as arrange for the children to stay with volunteer families, giving parents the respite and the
headspace to deal with their challenge. In addition, the hotline offers guidance in navigating rights and
benefits and provides help with bureaucratic processes. Whatever the family’s particular need is, we
are here to help!
