This year, Azrat Achim has reached yet another milestone:
Over 4,200 food packages were distributed to large families, widows, Holocaust survivors, and families in need across the country.
The operation involved extensive logistical planning, hundreds of dedicated volunteers, and personal deliveries brought straight to each family’s doorstep.
Each package included essential Passover staples, cleaning supplies, premium matzah, and festive treats for the holiday table — all packed with sensitivity and dignity, so that every family could feel joy, not neediness.
Thanks to the collaboration with schools, yeshivot, and youth groups, we were able to respond to nearly every request.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who lent a hand.
Because of you, what could have been a difficult holiday became a beautiful opportunity to fulfill the words: “Let all who are hungry come and eat”, with simplicity and honor.
We all are aware that there are people in our community whose lives are very challenging, due to a medical issue or because they have a special needs child. Sometimes you meet them in the neighborhood and know they are struggling and wish there was a way you could help, but you’re not sure how. Please partner with Ezrat Achim by donating or becoming a volunteer and help make a real difference. Families helping families…it’s what Ezrat Achim is all about!
